I´m a woman who is deeply in love with and ravished by life, the mystical and the mundane, the holy and the human, wildly satiated by
ALL of it, ALL of it, ALL of it.

I grew up as the eldest daughter in a mixed household;
inbetween worlds, so I naturally became the bridge.

My work is a sacred marriage of science and spirituality, bridging modern evidence - based methods with ancient practices. I´m a woman who goes first, who dances & sings & cries & bleeds & fails & howls.

My personal mission is living a life that feels like an embodied prayer, the body & heart & soul dancing with the great everything. I´m in service to people who are ready to reconnect with themselves and live freely & fully.
I anchor fiery passion, whimsical romance and clear structure to every space I create.

I´m currently residing in Berlin however offering my work in Europe & online in some cases.

TRAININGS & my path

My journey as many others, started with pain and fertile mud of the underworld.

I remember being a curious child, marveling in all creations of nature, singing to the moon. At the dawn of my womanhood I have held myself through the transformative portals of mental and physical diseases, with the support of my own medicine & the divine.

I have slowly started to remember and reclaim my body, my sexuality & my fullness and I vow to continue doing so. I have elder wise women - such as my psychotherapists, my coaches & bodyworkers - supporting me.

About MY BACKGROUND so you can feel me..

One pillar of my work is my degree in clinical psychology, focused on jungian depth psychology and somatic psychology. My classical foundation allows me to have deep understanding of personal & transgenerational trauma, the subconscious realms - both personal and collective - the nervous system & inner systems and dynamics.

At the beginning of my journey I´ve spend years working with women of all kinds, from survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, through women living with chronic disease followed by working with women in high-performing roles. The centerpiece of my work organically became the terrain of all of HER while I also offer ritual spaces to men.

I´ve rebirthed myself countless times, built a successful career in tech, I´ve been a educator for children and young adults, lived in multiple countries and I´ve travelled half of the world.

Later on I kept on broadening my body of work and learnt tools to work in altered states of consciousness with; such as visualization & hypnosis.

Following my ever so present knowing that the only way for me is to offer holistic care, in the last years I´ve arrived back to the body. My interest turned towards the medicine of touch and I started to incorporate hands-on work while immersing myself in spaces and trainings in the fields of sacred sexuality & temple arts & somatics & ritual.

Most of my greatest teachers & mentors have been women, bowing to them and to the ones who came before me.
