PELVIS SYNERGY
Pelvis Synergy is a six-week immersive journey into the physical, emotional and relational landscape of sexual and reproductive health
Six weeks, three immersions
PUSSY ECOLOGY · 30 OCTOBER
Exploring the intimate ecosystem: vulva, vagina, microbiome, cervix, sexual health, pleasure, infections, symptoms and libido.
THE PELVIS KEEPS THE SCORE · 27 NOVEMBER
Exploring the relationship between body, sexuality, emotions, relationships, lived experience, patterns and protection.
CYCLE WISDOM · 11 DECEMBER
Exploring menstrual and hormonal health, cyclical living, the journey from menarche to menopause, and developing deeper body literacy.
But Pelvis Synergy isn't three workshops.
It is a journey you participate in.
Between our three gatherings, the exploration continues through shared reflections, practices, resources and optional additional offerings - creating space to digest, integrate and allow what emerges to weave into everyday life.
Six weeks to slow down.
To get curious.
To listen differently.
To know your body more deeply.

ABOUT US
We are Joanna & Sara
We’ve both spent many years pushing through pain, feeling alone with sexual and reproductive health challenges, running on empty, putting everyone else first, and living and working against our natural cycles.
So this is an invitation to stop working against your body and begin living in synergy with it.
Together, we bring perspectives from integrative medicine, psychology, sexual health, somatics, trauma-informed work, embodiment, and pelvic and womb bodywork.
Sara is in her maiden years, while Joanna is a mother of three, aged 15 to 20, and navigating perimenopause. We come from different stages of womanhood and bring different ways of understanding and working with the body.
And we both know that one lens is never enough.
